Hey, I think I can speak about toupees with a certain degree of authority and I think a scouring pad on top of "Rusty" seems somehow appropriate, don't you agree?
Anyway, maybe it's not a toupee anyway? Perhaps he's wearing a nicotine patch for his head, or perhaps it's just a newer style in head treatments?
