Rare Image of Scarlett O'Hara

I think that Scarlett O'Hara is one of the best fictional characters ever created. She's complex, intelligent, determined and strong. While I wouldn't say I strive to be like her (because she is very very flawed) I do envy her strength. I also love this painting of her. This is the one that, in the movie, we see in Rhett's bedroom the day Bonnie is born. This is a rare image to see from the movie, and I was thrilled when I found it on the Internet. Wow, imagine how much money Scarlett would have made if she had Internet access!

Wishlist

In my mind I have a wishlist. This list includes everything from a specific orange pen that I am in search of to luxury items like this Royal Doulton figurine. This is "Sophie," part of the "Pretty Ladies" collection.

My paternal grandmother was a collector of these figurines, so I've been hooked since I was a little girl. I have three of the pieces from her collection, and I cherish them. While web surfing one day I found Sophie. My grandmother would have definitely loved her. If I lived during the days of silk dresses and lace petticoats, I would want a dress just like this. And I would want Scarlett O'Hara as my best friend. Come to think of it though, Scarlett wouldn't be a very good friend. She'd probably steal my dress!
