To me it looks like it could be either.

holy crap, it really does look like matthew broderick. i know it's ben...but i never, EVER would have taken them for lookalikes.

Matthew probably doesn't even own a baseball cap. Even the free, promotional "Save Ferris" ones the studio was handing out.
I think I've seen Matthew in a hat at a basketball game, no?
Definitely Ben Affleck. That dude is way too tall to be Matthew Broderick, but it does sort of look like him.
