NyQuil, the daytime/nighttime/all-the-time coughing, hacking, choking, gagging, sniffling, suffocating, wheezing, so-Christina-can-still-go-to-work-'cause-she's-used-all-her-sick-days-being-sick-3-times-this-year-already medicine.
